CLIENT: BLUEDAY TECHNOLOGY
Large exhibitions offer massive exposure, but competition for attention is intense. The customer needed more than foot traffic: they wanted to attract visitors in a natural, engaging way, increase meaningful interaction and dwell time, and simplify lead collection without compromising enterprise-grade security and compliance. Off-the-shelf lead scanners and generic games couldn’t meet these expectations, so the solution had to be custom-built, on-brand, secure, and scalable — and able to run seamlessly within the customer’s own IT environment.
Intense competition for attention and limited time per visitor
Lead capture needed to be fast, accurate, and frictionless
Enterprise-grade security, privacy, and IT alignment were non-negotiable
We treated the booth as a temporary digital experience platform, combining brand design, engagement mechanics, and secure enterprise technology. We concepted and designed a fully branded game that sparked curiosity and fun without losing professionalism, and we built interaction moments that encouraged dialogue between visitors and booth staff. The solution was developed with Power Apps as the user-facing interface, backed by a centralised data source for reliable lead storage, and automated workflows in Power Automate for lead creation, data validation, and post-event processing and handover.
The lead-generation game quickly became a focal point of the booth experience, driving stronger engagement and higher-quality conversations. The customer saw a noticeable increase in visitor interaction and a clear growth in leads collected, with faster and more accurate data capture than traditional methods. Marketing ambition and sales follow-up aligned more tightly, turning booth attention into structured, sales-ready information and measurable pipeline value.
Higher booth engagement and longer, more meaningful interactions
More leads collected with improved data quality and accuracy
Enterprise-grade security, privacy, and IT alignment were non-negotiable
The experience was built around real visitor behaviour rather than gimmicks, with strong brand integration and frictionless lead capture designed for the realities of busy exhibition days. By using the Microsoft Power Platform, we delivered speed, scalability, and security — while automating the operational heavy lifting for both visitors and staff. The result was an enterprise-ready architecture IT teams can trust, and a modern booth experience that improves exhibition ROI by converting momentary attention into reliable business outcomes.
